2. Applicability<\/strong>
<\/strong>2.1<\/strong> These terms and conditions apply to all services, programs, and agreements provided by Mindcare by Meri.
2.2<\/strong> By using the services of Mindcare by Meri, you agree to these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Services<\/strong>
<\/strong>3.1<\/strong> Mindcare by Meri offers coaching and guidance for individuals with autism and a combination of autism and ADHD. The guidance always starts from who you are, without using a standardised approach. Together, we explore how your mind works, what you feel, and what you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the guidance, space is provided to better understand yourself and to put into words experiences that may have been present for a long time but not yet fully clear. Attention is also given to ways in which you may have adapted to your environment, and whether these still align with your needs and boundaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The guidance is aimed at gradually working towards more calm, clarity, and self-trust, so that you can shape your life in a way that truly fits you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.2<\/strong> Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Responsibility<\/strong>
<\/strong>4.1<\/strong> The coaching provided by Mindcare by Meri constitutes personal guidance. The client remains fully responsible for their own choices, actions, and results.
4.2<\/strong> Mindcare by Meri offers guidance and support but does not make decisions on behalf of the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Referrals and Boundaries<\/strong>
<\/strong>5.1<\/strong> If necessary, Mindcare by Meri may refer clients to a qualified medical or psychological professional when certain signals require support beyond the scope of coaching.
5.2<\/strong> Mindcare by Meri is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist and does not provide diagnoses. While acting with due care and to the best of its knowledge, Mindcare by Meri cannot be held liable for failing to identify underlying medical or psychological conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Payment
<\/strong>All prices are in euros (\u20ac).
Payment must be completed within two weeks of receiving the invoice.
In case of non-payment, Mindcare by Meri reserves the right to suspend its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Duration of the session<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The standard session is one hour, unless booked differently. If the session is extended, an additional cost will be charged. This is a fixed price of \u20ac25 on top of the usual fee. If the additional time exceeds half an hour, a second full hour will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Cancellation
<\/strong>Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Liability<\/strong>
<\/strong>Mindcare by Meri is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of its services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Governing Law<\/strong>
<\/strong>These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
